However, the email server did come back online. 300+ messages later (of which I read maybe 20) and I'm wondering why I bother to subscribe to discussion lists. Is one interesting post out of 100 worth my energy? As I was saying to j in chat: when will people stop worrying about converting each other and comparing their philosophies to each other and just live? But, then, that itself is a judgement on how people should be behaving, so I'm not any "better" than they are. I just (usually) refuse to argue. I might discuss, in a rare moment, but I get bored by arguing. I want to watch less television and devote more time to reading and discussion. But it needs to be quality discussion. So I guess I'd better get more rest so that I can be alert and coherent. That and I need to get laid.
