| Friday, May 17, 2002 @ 06:44 Swirling thoughts this morning. Lack of sleep and need to focus combine to make some interesting revelations. Like figuring out that the reason you're dominant and the reason you're pagan are basically the same. Rationalizing the end of a relationship with "it wouldn't have worked anyway" can seem like ego preservation, but it's also a reality check against letting emotions lead you to a place that you knew shouldn't go. In that rationalization are insights into self....and into the process of how relationships form and work and don't work. So, to say it's been a busy week mentally would be an understatement. Whether I'll ever have time to explore those thoughts here, coherently, remains to be seen. I'm still waiting for enough sleep to feel coherent at all.
