server downtimes & lack of energy
| Wednesday, September 10, 2003 @ 06:50 Today is the second morning in a row that our webserver has been down. This means you can't visit our websites or boy's journal site until they come back online. It also means we can't access our e-mail or make changes to our site. If you attempt to visit and get an error message, please try back later. Yesterday the server was back up and running fine by noon. I'm sure they are just running maintenance to correct bugs created during a recent server migration. It will stabilize soon. As for why no detailed entries lately....blame it on being tired. I've not been sleeping well. Mornings I can barely get to a functioning level in time to get to work and evenings I'm so exhausted I pretty much collapse on the sofa until bed --napping, not just watching tv. Right now I'm doing a good imitation of a functioning mind, but it's an illusion, trust me. boy and I are masters at the illusion of coherent thought when still in brain-sleep. We can even use 50-cent words and compose $1 sentences in that state. (It comes from years of forensics in high school and papers written for college at 3am). I wrote something at work Monday that I might try to post soon, if I have the energy to type it. And there's a few topics I want to address....it'll just depend on how soon I can wake up from this low-energy phase.
