"When you open your mind and hands and heart to the knowing of a thing, there is no room in you for fear"
--Patricia McKillip, The Riddle-Master of Hed |
I am going to start filtering some of my more private musings. Since blogger does not have a tool for that, you will need to visit my Live Journal and ask to be friended there. I will continue to post Daily Gratitude and other subjects here.
There is also a FAQ for my Journal at the same link.

My brain isn't quite awake yet, but I've found that it's easier to get something on the journal in the mornings than after work.
There's still shopping to be done to be ready for the trip to KS. And a lot of hours of work to put in. We have animal care arranged as well as a ride to and from the airport on both ends. I'm trying not to expend too much energy/thought to what will happen while we're in KS, other than spending time with my family and some sightseeing time with boy.
It's hard to fathom that the woman who hired me a year ago has less than a week left before she leaves. My first day of work was December 23rd and her last day will be either the 23rd or 24th. It will be a very different climate when I come back on the 30th.
boy's hands are healing much faster with the aid of the herbal remedies his Mistress advised us to use. With diligence, he may be able to look for work early in the year.
boy will be at the PBoL meeting tonight, so perhaps I'll have time to write more then. Right now it's time for breakfast and work.
