| Wednesday, October 19, 2005 @ 07:18 I have been sick since Sept 28. I managed to pull together the Arizona Amazons 10th Anniversary Party (with the help of MANY wonderful committee members and volunteers) -- while losing my voice. I have negotiated with the landlords, arranged storage (with friends here in Phx as well as a storage unit in Kansas), reserved a truck, made sure boy got the car serviced, pulled off a moving sale followed by a freecycle leftover afternoon, coordinated the pickup of various furniture by friends and started packing -- all while being sick and only missing one day of work. So, you can see there hasn't been much time for writing here. We leave Sunday morning for Kansas. We should arrive at my mom's sometime Monday late morning/early afternoon (depending when we actually get on the road and what sort of weather we encounter. We'll most likely be offline starting sometime Saturday until mid- or late next week. boy is better than I about updating.
