Today I especially express gratitude
  1. that the recent rain/dreary spell appears to be over
  2. that there is so much blooming green foliage
  3. that I have incredible friends
  4. that boy is on the verge
  5. that there are irises still blooming throughout the neighborhood

and recognize that I am grateful for so much more.
