West Wing oddity
| Tuesday, May 16, 2006 @ 08:13 I don't read everything about "West Wing" as there are just too many articles, blogs, and forums out there, but I do think I read a little more than the average viewer (if a lot less than a true fanatic). Now that the series is officially done, there's something that has been bothering me for the last two seasons: How is it than in all the buzz about "first Latino president on television" not one thing I read ever mentioned that this is the SECOND Hispanic actor to play president? There's some weird irony in this. Or do people just forget that Ramon Estevez is Hispanic because he chose an angelicized stage name and is playing the quintessential elitist WASC?
