Today I especially express gratitude
  1. for much-needed rain
  2. that lots of people conspired to grow and distribute the food that I eat
  3. that my FOO really does try to give me what I need & request
  4. that my FOC & friends are sending me incredible support & energy
  5. that I trust the Universe to lead me on my path

and recognize that I am grateful for so much more.
