Today I especially express gratitude
  1. that I had some quality, quiet time with boy
  2. that I resumed The Artist's Way
  3. that I am capable of taking a new step
  4. that I have power over my habits and addictive distrations
  5. that I am a creative being

and recognize that I am grateful for so much more.
