July 13th gratitude

Today I especially express gratitude
  1. that the sun is shining again!!
  2. that I I have made it 12 days without my July obsession -- and most days I don't even think about it.
  3. that a member of our FOC is coming to visit!
  4. that I have the freedom to exercise my powers with grace and compassion
  5. that I am loved

and recognize that I am grateful for so much more.
