Today I especially express gratitude
  1. that I have a reliable car that I love
  2. that there are many, many cats in my life
  3. that I have art & writing supplies
  4. that Mom has allowed us to take over three rooms in this house
  5. that I am learning to listen to my body's input regarding food and environmental factors

and recognize that I am grateful for so much more.
